When applying general building connected sewer system, one shall provide the following documents：
1.Planning blueprint illustration.
2.User quantity and sewage volume calculation.
3.Whether sewage treatment facility capacity corresponds to the need of sewage volume.
4.Setting up drainage pipeline sewage bypass equipment within the architect.
5.Qualified sewage treatment facility function approved by the central government authority, on site construction of sewage treatment facility shall be calculated according to sewage quality.
