The constructions of Water and Soil Conservation have been processed and budgeted since 1986. By the end of 2011, total 379 cases of sand rack development, water and soil conservation for general and farm lands, and damage recovering have been completed. The total budget is 10 billions.
Except the sudden surge of the reservoir deposit during the 1996 Typhoon Herb and 1998 Typhoon Zeb and Babs, the reservoir deposits of the other years are all under the original planned deposit—1,136 thousand cubic meters per year.
