The Ethics Office of the Branch conducted the 2026 Integrity Education Training. Through courses covering topics such as “Distinguishing Improper Profit-Seeking from Legitimate Public Service,” the “Ethical Guidelines for Civil Servants,” and the “Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest,” the training aimed to enhance employees’ understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and matters requiring attention. This will help employees perform their duties with greater confidence and responsibility while avoiding violations or misconduct arising from unfamiliarity with applicable laws and regulations.
In addition, a special lecture video produced by the Water Resources Agency on “Engineering Ethics and Procurement Ethics” was presented to further strengthen employees’ awareness of ethical standards in engineering and procurement and to enhance the quality of engineering procurement projects undertaken by the Branch in the future.
